Privacy

This page explains how Magnify Impact handles information you share through this website’s contact form.

What we collect and why

The contact form asks for your name, email address, and organization. You can also include a message. We use these details to understand your inquiry, respond to you, and keep track of our conversation. Please do not include confidential client information or sensitive personal details in your message.

Where your information goes

Contact submissions are saved in a Google Sheet, and an email notification containing your submission is sent to Philip at philip@magnifyimpact.ai through Gmail. The form shows a confirmation on the page; it does not send an automatic email to the address entered.

Who can see it

Philip Kum, founder of Magnify Impact, uses these records to handle inquiries and follow up. Google processes the information as the provider of our form backend, spreadsheet, and email services.

Website services

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages and loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When you visit, your browser connects to these providers, which receive technical information such as your IP address as part of delivering the site. Their own privacy policies describe how they handle that information: GitHub’s privacy statement and Google’s privacy policy.

Questions or deletion requests

To ask about your contact information or request deletion of your inquiry from our Google Sheet and email records, email philip@magnifyimpact.ai. Include the email address used for the inquiry so Philip can find the relevant records. We may need to confirm that a request relates to your information.

Changes to this page

We will update this page when our contact-form practices change and show the updated date above.
